Semolina Bakery began as a dream to provide Italian-style pastries and pasta as well as our home’s favorite baked goods to those around us. I have always loved to bake and experiment with food and decided to take it to a professional level in 2023. I began working for a small Italian pasticceria while living in the UK. An experience for which I will forever be grateful. When we moved back to Nebraska I realized I wanted to share the knowledge, passion and flavors that I had learned abroad, right here at home.

I chose every item on our menu because they are attached to fond memories and I truly enjoy making them. I believe that food is the best way to mend a weary soul, celebrate an accomplishment or simply bring people together. I look forward to sharing a little bit of my heart, through these baked goods, with you and yours.
